Noche Musical Invitation

We always look forward to greeting our friends at the anual Black Tie event in Washington, DC of the National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts. This year, we will be at the Corcoran Gallery of Art with our Noche Musical and hope you will be able to join us as we celebrate the contribution of Latinos to American music and film.

What makes our gala special, however, are the young men and women who are the recipients of our scholarships. They are helping to level the playing field for Hispanics in the entertainment industry. Our alumni are producing and directing shorts and features.  They are writing screenplays and books. They are acting on stage, in feature films and on television.

This year's program includes special guest performances by Bobby Sanabria and La India.

Also, our Raúl Juliá Award for Excellence recipient of 2009 will be acclaimed producer and writer Roberto Orci for his incredible work in movies and shows, such as: Star Trek, "Fringe," Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, The Proposal, amongst many other great achievements.

We will also be launching a new PBS documentary series called Latin Music USA and will be showing excerpts from the series, which is to be broadcast starting in October.

Tickets to Noche Musical are limited, so make sure to get yours in time!

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or comments by calling 202-293-833

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you on September 15, 2009!
